Do I Qualify?

You may be eligible to participate in the program if you can answer "yes" to ALL of the following questions:

Is the seller located in the United States? Is the auction site located in the United States? Are you reporting pirated and/or counterfeit software? Did you purchase the software on or after September 8, 2008? Are you reporting software published by one our members? If you have previously submitted a report, are you now reporting a different seller?

Did you complete and submit your online application to SIIA before the January 15, 2009 deadline? Are you a legal resident of the United States? Are you 18 years of age or older at the time of submission? Have you reviewed the terms and conditions for participating in the program? Have you retained the software you purchased and a copy of the auction listing, packaging, correspondence, documentation and other materials the seller(s) sent you?
